ID BADGES
Initial Retiree ID Badge
Initial retiree badges are ordered online by the manager
and can only be processed once the employee's last issued id badge has been returned to Corporate Identification Systems by the manager.
If a retiree does not receive the badge in a
timely manner, he/she should contact former location management.

A retiree who loses an ID badge should contact Corporate Identification Systems:

RETIREE DISCOUNT SHIPPING!
You must meet these requirements:
• Be at least 55 years of age or older
• Have at least 5 years of credited service
• Have voluntarily resigned
• Have a rehire status of "yes" or "conditional"
To be eligible for reduced-rate shipping privileges with FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and discount with FedEx Office employees must also have a FedEx Express Retiree ID badge and obtain
and use a Retiree Account Number for all reduced-rate shipping. Spouses and dependent children of eligible retirees also qualify for reduced-rate shipping with FedEx Express.
Flying Tiger Line (FTL) employees who retired before the merger date are not eligible for reduced-rate shipping. Retired FedEx international based employees are not eligible for reduced-rate shipping.
Retired members of the board of directors are eligible.
Information in this policy, other than this guideline, applies to retirees only as supported by Retirement Administration communications.
If you have an existing account number with FedEx, include that information on the form, so that account can be converted to a retiree account.
If the retiree does not have an existing account, we will set-up a new retiree account and have the discount loaded.
